Initiate Your Request
Log into your Adobe Basics account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Electronics
Securely place the device in its original box with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
